After picking you up at your hotel in Hoi An, we will begin our adventure in the Hoi An local market and purchase some fresh ingredients for the class. Then, we ride you on the basket boat along the peaceful river which is both side water coconut, buffalo, duck farm on riverside. You will receive souvenirs are made from water coconut leaf by local people.
We then walk through the organic vegetable garden of our kitchen and enjoy the fresh welcoming drinks make from the herbs.
